I feel energised every time I do the Bikram Yoga Triangle Pose. It shifts my energy which helps me move through the rest of the class.
Why practice Bikram Yoga:
I love the way Bikram Yoga makes me feel. Regardless of what people say about this yoga – it does work. Im proof of that. I started practicing when I turned 40, so not as young or suple as others. I struggled for a long time but slowly I saw improvement and I kept at it.
The changes I see and feel are on every level and regular practice has totally transformed my life. I couldn’t imagine my life without Bikram Yoga. I see inspiration in every class from the teachers and my fellow yogis. One of the postures I struggle with is Standing Head to Knee. So I have been working on it since 2018. I will be looking for tips and inspiration to assist me on my journey through Dandayamana Janushirasana.
